March Legislative Update

Thanks to everyone who participated in writing letters in support of the bills in Virginia and Colorado.  Unfortunately, both of these bills are dead.  With the changes that happened in the legislatures post elections it was expected that there would be a lot of work to do, especially in educating the freshman.  Unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for either state to get a bill adding additional regulation approved in a climate where people are looking for less regulation.
