Hello Naturopathic Students!

On this page you’ll find ways to learn some global health basics and get involved in global health at home and abroad.  As our medicine expands its reach beyond North America, our global impact is something for us all to consider.

As Naturopathic physicians, we are in the perfect position to bridge the gap between conventional and traditional care around the world. In order to do this effectively abroad, we must be trained in the specific needs of each culture. Before you visit another country, please educate yourself about the accepted norms of a culture. Being fluent in these idiosyncracies will allow you to connect with your patients on a much deeper level.
